What You'll Do

Coordinate Care, Guide Patients, and Keep Operations Smooth.

In this pivotal role, you will bridge patients and clinical teams by:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and warmth
  • Greeting patients, confirming appointments, and setting a welcoming tone
  • Verifying benefits, preparing cost estimates, and discussing payment plans
  • Scheduling treatment phases and optimizing chair time for efficiency
  • Sending reminders, managing recalls, and following up on care progress
  • Tracking referrals, follow-ups, and post-treatment inquiries
  • Liaising with billing and clinical staff to resolve patient questions
  • Assist with insurance coordination and treatment plan presentations
  • Support a smooth front-office flow alongside a supportive team
