Empower Care.
Embrace Growth.
Join River Bluff Dental.
Every smile we create at River Bluff Dental is a team effort and our dental assistants play a central role in making that possible. You’re not just assisting. You’re helping patients feel safe, seen, and cared for. You’re making high-level dentistry happen. And you’re growing your skillset in a place that truly values what you bring to the table.
We’re looking to welcome new talent into our practice whether you’re a seasoned pro in digital dentistry or someone just beginning your clinical journey.
Two Paths. One Supportive Team.
You Bring the Drive. We’ll Meet You with Opportunity.

CEREC Tech
If you’re confident with CEREC and love working hands-on with cutting-edge tech, this role is made for you. You’ll partner closely with the dentist on restorative procedures, designing and milling same-day crowns with precision and creativity. It’s a great fit for someone who wants more autonomy in their work and thrives in a forward-thinking, digitally advanced practice.

General Dental Assistant
We’re also hiring a kind, reliable, and coachable general dental assistant. If you’re licensed, friendly, and excited to keep learning, you’ll fit right in. You’ll support clinical procedures, help patients feel at ease, and keep our day-to-day running smoothly. And if you’re early in your career? We’re happy to invest in your training.
